If the TUNEGO App keeps shutting down on you, try the following in the order they're listed in.
- Check if there are any updates to theTUNEGO App that you have missed. Update the app if there are any updates available. Reopen the TUNEGO App with the new update.
- Exit out of the TUNEGO App, then reopen it.
- Exit out of all of your apps, then turn off and on your phone. Reopen the TUNEGO App.
- Delete the TUNEGO App from your phone, reinstall it, then reopen it.
- Exit out of all your apps, then clear the cache on your phone. Reopen the TUNEGO App.
If your TUNEGO App still doesn't work, please contact us a Support@TUNEGO.com. Include a detailed description of when the app isn't working. Also include your account name, if you have a fan or artist account, and if you're using the iOS or Android App. The more details we have, the quicker we can fix any bugs you're experiencing.
